Here's how it works: You receive a smart Level 2 charger under a license model (refundable security deposit). Every kWh your charger delivers for your personal vehicle earns you a per‑kWh rate starting at $0.05 or $0.06, automatically increasing up to $0.10/kWh as your total lifetime usage grows.
