PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLATION
Pre-Wired Hardware Configuration: All DashSharing chargers ship with pre-wired input power cables (either with a pre-installed NEMA plug or an open-ended pigtail for hardwiring).
Do Not Open the Charger Unit: Opening, disassembling, or modifying the internal housing of the charger is strictly prohibited and will void the manufacturer's warranty. No internal field wiring or physical dip-switch adjustments inside the unit are required or permitted.
Power & Amperage Adjustments (EMS Derating): If derating the charger's output current is required to match your electrical service, please contact our support team at support@dashsharing.ca for assistance with EMS configuration on the backend.
Professional Installation
Setup flow:
1. Add Home: Enter your home address and other information.
2. Sign Installation Authorization: Sign digitally to activate your Program Participation and Lifetime Warranty.
3. Register Device: Enter the Charger Serial Number (SN) from the side label or scan the side QR code. Click Submit to submit your device for verification.
Note: Verification is automatically processed within one (1) business day. Please allow the full business day for processing before contacting support: support@dashsharing.ca.
4. Bluetooth Pairing & Backend Sync
⚠️ Important: Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON on your mobile device before proceeding. The app needs your phone's Bluetooth active to communicate directly with the charger and connect it to the network backend.
How to enable Bluetooth on your phone:
- iOS (iPhone): Swipe down from the top right corner of your screen to open Control Center, then tap the Bluetooth icon (or go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it On).
- Android: Swipe down twice from the top of your screen to access Quick Settings, then tap the Bluetooth icon (or go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth).
5.Wi-Fi Setup (2.4GHz required): Follow the steps to connect to your charger via bluetooth and enter your location's wifi SSID and password. If your router does not support a 2.4GHz band you may need to use a Wi-Fi extender with a 2.4GHz band and configure you charger accordingly.

6. Payment: Add bank details for refunds and earnings.
Step 3: Charge, Complete the Milestone & Earn!
