Charger was easy to install and connect to Wifi. I had to contact tech support to get the max draw reduce to 32amp. Send an email and it was done within 30 minutes.
Charger case is all plastic. I hope it stands up to Edmonton winter. I have no heat in the garage.

Only 4 stars because the cable is only 18ft, which is way short and below what other companies have. I had to go out and get an extension, which is not cheap.

Great charger, easily schedule a charge through app!

No NACS connector available for a 40amp charger with a 50amp plug in system. Seems it’s only available on the more expensive 48amp charger that needs to be direct connected. New Chev Equinox ev needs a NACS connector charging at only 32amps.

The charger was very easy to set up and it worked right away. I've had it for 2 weeks now and so far it has been working perfectly well without any issues. The App also provides all needed information and live charging activity tracking. It is definitely recommended.

The charger is excellent and works fine but the cord is too short. I need to move my car in backwards to aces the cord. Should be at lease 25 ft

Other than the charging cable being a bit short for my charging setup for a double garage charging for two EV's, the charge display is great! It would be nice if the app also displayed the same information.

My main concern right now is its causing failure on my car which I fear can impact the electronics on my vehicle...I hope I am not correct with this concern.

I do know that the integration and use is not fully working how it should. It needs to properly communicate with the vehicle...and take actions from vehicle as well. E.g. when vehicle notifies it hit its charge cap (e.g. if I set at 80% or 90%) it should automatically recognize and stop the charge. And ensure its done in proper sequence to avoid errors. Other chargers have no issues like this...its a first for me to see.

For this reason I give it a one star for simple integration to the vehicle.

My charger was delivered within a couple of days of placing the order. Since my NEMA 1450 receptacle had already been installed by an electrician, installation was easy (2 Tapcon screws into the concrete block wall of my garage). The iOS app was pretty easy to use but an email to support was needed to get the charger enabled (apparently this is common) and I was charging later the same Sunday afternoon. Love the very readable display on the charger and the detailed charging history reported in the app. Even the holster is impressive.

Overall I'm satisfied, but it has a reliability quirk. The factory charger is completely dependable — plug in and walk away, every time. This one occasionally doesn't start charging, and there's no alert, so I've found it hours later having not charged at all.

Not a dealbreaker, but a real annoyance if you're relying on it. Hoping the $0.10/kWh rate makes the tradeoff worthwhile — if the savings hold up, I can live with double-checking it now and then.

So far the charger has been pretty good. Had an issue with it going offline but got an update pushed and it seemed to fix the issue. Cord length is more of an issue than I expected as its only 18ft but heard there is a longer one coming so maybe I will swap out then.

So far so good. Can't wait to begging the rebates :)
