Standard Terms of Engagement

1. Your Role By using this portal, you are acting as a Partner to help your customers join the DashSharing Program. You agree that all information you enter (customer names, addresses, vehicle details, and EV charger details) is accurate and that you have the customer’s permission to start this process.

2. How the Process Works
The Link: Once you submit this form, the system automatically sends your customer a personalized email with a checkout link.
The Deposit: The customer pays a refundable deposit directly through Shopify to activate their order.

3. Equipment Ownership You must inform the customer that DashSharing provides the EV charging hardware under a license. DashSharing retains ownership of the equipment to manage energy credits and provide lifetime technical support.

4. Legal Consent
By clicking "Create Customer Intake," you authorize DashSharing to:
• Create a professional account for the customer.
• Send them the required legal and program documents based on their province.
• Track this sale back to your Agency for records.
